This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating banking, payments, and commercial agreements and collaborating with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to develop growth-enabling strategies.

Plus Power is looking for Counsel, specializing in Commercial Real Estate, to join the Legal team. This individual will be responsible for supporting legal drafting for site acquisition efforts, supporting real estate de-risking activities, and representing real estate legal in Plus Power’s project financings and tax equity investments. This role will also have opportunities to collaborate with teams across Plus Power’s functional groups.
